Notre Dame:

     The cathedral of Notre Dame is a Gothic masterpiece dedicated to Mary mother of Jesus Christ (and there is hence its name: "Our Lady").

Sainte Chapelle:

     This chapel was built by Louis IX in 1248 to save the crown of thorns of Christ. This relic, which bought the emperor of Constantinople, it cost almost three times that construction of the chapel.

Pantheon:

     This building was originally a church dedicated to St. Genevieve but during the revolution became a vault to house the tombs of famous figures.
